Paul is a speaker, author, consultant, and associate professor of business administration at Springfield Technical Community College in Springfield, MA. In addition, he is an associate professor at large for the Thierry Graduate School of Leadership located in Brussels, Belgium. Through seminars and individual coaching he helps executives, managers, and organizations reach their potential. Paul has designed and conducted management/leadership programs for many companies, including: Mercy Health Systems, Palmer Foundry, UMASS Medical School, Management Development International, Kuwait Oil Corporation, and United Technologies Corporation. Since 1980 he has trained over 10,000 supervisors and managers to be more effective leaders. For over 10 years he was manager, human resources/consultant for approximately 1,200 employees at the Hamilton Standard division of United Technologies. While at Hamilton Standard, he also held the position of manager, management development and was directly involved in assessment centers, succession planning, 360 feedback, leadership reviews and organizational restructuring. Both in 1985 and 1996, he was the recipient of a United Technologies Award for Extraordinary Management Effectiveness. Paul is the author of numerous articles and seven books focused on management and leadership. His book, Be the Leader, Make the Difference, was selected as "one of the best business books of all time" by The CEO Refresher.
